How do you change (remove old and insert new) wiper blades on a 2000 Honda Accord?

Removing the old blades (and the metal strips) is difficult, not to mention installing the new blades. Isn't there a simple way to do this?How do you change (remove old and insert new) wiper blades on a 2000 Honda Accord?
the blades are connected on a %26quot;u%26quot; shaped arm at the end. there is a squeese clip under the u part. you just squeeze it in and push toward the the wiper mount base and ut will slide off. reverse this untill it clicks when installing the new one. ps auto zone will come out and show you how to do it for free.How do you change (remove old and insert new) wiper blades on a 2000 Honda Accord?
